I know you’re right, that there will be ups and downs, but I think he and I both feel much more confident of a general ‘pathway’ through now.

— Parent of 3 autistic boys
Thank you for all the support and help you gave me during my time at school. It has meant that I got through this year without any problems. I really don’t think I’ll ever be able to tell you how much you have helped me, and your advice continues to help me, so thank you so much.

Therapy

Our combined experience is built on many years of working with a wide range of people in a variety of settings. As a diverse network we offer a unique, multi-disciplinary and neuroaffirmative perspective on the simple, sustainable support we provide.

Finding common ground and taking a curious, human-to-human, rather than therapist-to-client approach is essential to our practice and we aim to support everyone we work with to develop greater psychological flexibility, helping them manage the uncertainties and challenges inherent in everyday life.

If you are unsure about what help you might need, we offer a free 20 minute introductory conversation where, together, we can work out what might be the most effective support right now.

Our simple, sustainable support:

Support that is simple because it’s accessible and sustainable because we equip people with skills for life.

Cognitive Behaviour Therapy/ Acceptance and Commitment Therapy: Time limited and ongoing support for children, young people and parents online, in person and on the move (walking therapy currently available in South London).

Accessible and engaging learning and skills for anyone experiencing transition and other life challenges such as exam stress, depression/low mood, anxiety, OCD, moving school and social isolation. Support for transition into work and post-diagnosis.

Occupational Therapy: Assessment and advice on movement, functional skills and sensory processing.

Clinical Supervision/ Mentoring: focused support for senior school managers, safeguarding leads, teachers, therapists and anyone working with children and young people who would like to reflect on their practice.

There was a time when I was at a complete loss in how to help her, but with your support and guidance she has blossomed into this confident and kind young woman.

Our twelve year old was really struggling with her sleep and one session with Elizabeth totally hit reset for her. She now has some fantastic coping techniques which she puts into play when her anxiety threatens to derail her sleep. It’s a huge relief to us all.
