Rosie Morgan

Consultant

Rosie is a consultant with Special Networks. With a background in Classical Music and Voice, Rosie’s personal experience with Dyspraxia, Dyscalculia and ADHD fuelled an interest in neurodivergent psychology and Music Therapy. As a postgraduate student, she researched counselling interventions for children as well as parent and caregiver experiences of accessing and navigating different support services. Her postgraduate journey has continued and Rosie is currently working through her doctorate in Counselling Psychology.

 

Rosie advocates for empathetic approaches to understanding and addressing exclusion and inequitable practices. She has a passion for working with all stakeholders within communities and organisations to support more effective change. Recent projects have seen her support an international parenting application in the development of resources improving understanding of neurodiversity. She has also worked with a clinical service provider to refocus their work towards more holistic support for families as well as developing an inclusion framework for the digital healthcare sector.
