The podcast is aimed at young people leaving school and taking their next steps into a wider world. It also helpful for educators, parents or counsellors who are supporting students at this time. Feedback has indicated that it resonates with listeners of all ages who are facing change.

She works with Third Culture Kids and their families who experience multiple changes in where they live and attend school.

She enjoys the balance of working individually with young people (up to the age of 25 years of age) and their families addressing issues, such as anxiety and depression and developing programmes to support whole school communities.

As a registered BPS supervisor, she supports Safeguarding Leads and school staff holding senior management positions.

She has a walking talking therapy practice in the green spaces of South- West London which makes use of the recognised benefits of movement and nature on our well-being.
